Would you like to strengthen equity in your international partnerships? Join this workshop to learn how to build more balanced collaborations with international partners and support meaningful youth participation and ownership in your projects.

This workshop provides an introduction to the international Shift the Power agenda, which focuses on moving decision-making power, responsibility, and resources closer to the people and communities most directly affected by the challenges projects seek to address. You will also gain practical tools for intercultural collaboration and insights into how DUF’s International Pool and the application portal can support more equitable partnerships.

You will gain:

  • An introduction to Shift the Power, localization, and equitable international partnerships
  • Tools for intercultural collaboration, communication, and co-creation
  • Practical methods for strengthening ownership and equity within partnerships
  • An introduction to DUF’s International Pool and the application portal as tools for supporting strong partnerships

The workshop is intended for participants involved in DUF-supported international projects who wish to strengthen collaboration with their international partners.
