eProcurement – Value, Status & Trends

Time: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Registration ends Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 11:00 PM
Cancellation possible until Sunday, October 4, 2026

A joint event by the Strategic Procurement Initiative (SPI), Department of Operations Management, Copenhagen Business School, and CIPS Denmark.

Procurement is going digital, fast. From e-sourcing platforms to data-driven decision-making, technology is reshaping how procurement teams create value, manage risk, and engage with suppliers. Yet many organisations are still working out where the real value lies, what “good” looks like, and where the field is heading next.

This event brings together academic research and industry practice to explore the current status and future trends in eProcurement. Expect short, practical presentations from industry speakers and CBS researchers, along with an interactive session to discuss experiences with peers, rounded off with networking over drinks and a bite to eat.

The event is jointly organised by the Strategic Procurement Initiative (SPI) at the Department of Operations Management, Copenhagen Business School, and CIPS Denmark.
