Carbon and Climate Literacy Workshop October 2026

The Carbon and Climate Literacy Workshop is for you, a CBS or exchange student, who would like to attain the information and skills needed to make high-impact changes in your social and professional life in order to reduce carbon emissions, along with addressing multiple other Sustainable Development Goals.

Upon completion of the workshop, participants are eligible to attain a certificate in Carbon Literacy, issued by Carbon Literacy organization.

This course is being tailored specifically for students in making a positive social impact in their daily lives, as members of society and as future professionals. 

The workshop covers, among others: 

1. Positive Futures Scenarios and Climate Justice

2. Climate Science and the matching high impact climate solutions

3. Carbon calculation and individual action

4. Climate Change Mitigation: systems approach

5. Work in groups and your own Action Plan

 

The workshop takes place from 12:00 to 17:30, including lunch and coffee breaks. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
